Sale Leaseback Solution for Furniture Store

After hearing that Johnny Janosik, the largest independent retailer in the area, planned to consolidate their two Dover, DE furniture stores into one state-of-the-art location, the team approached Johnny Janosik on behalf of their client.

They were able to negotiate a lease with Johnny Janosik for a 60,000 square foot showroom, to  be built on the 7 acres their client previously purchased. The team guided their client through the development project, and upon completion advised their client about investment sale opportunities.
