SALISBURY, MARYLAND – 25 FEBRUARY 2020 – NAI Coastal Principal Joey Gilkerson represented Peninsula Alternative Health (PAH) in their relocation to 1003 Mount Hermon Road in Salisbury, Maryland. The 8,000 square foot, two story building is being redeveloped by Gillis Gilkerson to accommodate Peninsula Alternative Health’s new campus concept and need for additional square footage.
This transaction marks the second successful brokerage partnership between PAH and Gilkerson. In 2016, Gilkerson advised the alternative wellness company as they navigated their approval process and opened doors on Snow Hill Road. Since opening in December of 2017, PAH has served over 3,000 patients. The additional 5,600 square feet gained on Mount Hermon Road will allow for additional product and service offerings as well as onsite practitioner care.
“When we came to Joey for help in finding our first location, he was able to help us meet all of our specific requirements at the time,” said Anthony Darby, Chief Executive Officer of Peninsula Alternative Health. “With the extreme growth that our business has experienced over the past few years, our needs have vastly changed. Joey was able to create a solution that offers our dispensary a seamless transition and allows our business the infrastructure needed for continued success.”
