The Maryland and Delaware properties were a part of NAI Coastal’s confidential listing database and promptly fulfilled the purchaser’s tax-deferred exchange needs.

401 Purdy Street (Easton, Maryland), 105 Park Avenue (Seaford, Delaware), 1336 Belmont Avenue (Salisbury, Maryland) and 2257 Northwood Drive (Salisbury,Maryland) were purchased by Cool Branch Associates, an LLC operated by investor Brian E. McKinley.
