The +/- 2,600 square foot building is occupied by a government agency and was purchased by a local investment group.
“The seamless way in which the property underwent due diligence and settled speaks volumes for the current commercial real estate market throughout Delmarva,” said Johnson. “It’s a great time to invest and quality properties are not staying available for long. I was happy to have played a role in getting this government building sold alongside Merry.”
Johnson listed the property and Mears represented the purchaser. The pair efficiently produced an executed contract within three weeks of listing.
