The purchaser intends to develop the site, further contributing to Sussex County’s active growth and development.

The parcel is located directly behind Lowe’s Home Improvement, a big box retailer fronting Sussex Highway. In recent years, the surrounding land has been a hotspot for several medical developments including Herring Run Professional Center and a new TidalHealth campus.
