The Deal Story
The Gillis Gilkerson Team, comprised of Brad Gillis, Joey Gilkerson and Chris Gilkerson represented their client in the purchase of the former Cadmus Print and Press facility in Easton, MD. The 200,000 square foot industrial building was re-developed into a state of the art medical complex.
The team assisted their client with negotiating leases with several national tenants, including Davita Dialysis and University of Maryland Shore Health Systems. Once long-term leases were signed, the occupied units of the property were turned into condominium units and sold as investment property to an institutional grade buyer.
Brad, Joey and Chris assisted their client through the entire real estate process, from acquisition to development, leasing, and ultimately a successful sale.
