Ocean City Landmark Redeveloped Into Hotel

Eric Cropper represented the buyer of 12708 Ocean Gateway in West Ocean City, long owned by the Trimper family and home to the Wheels of Yesterday Car Museum.

Cropper’s client has since redeveloped the property with a Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton that opened in April of 2019. The property offers 83 rooms, an indoor pool, business center, and health club.

Cropper commented, ”This beautiful hotel is a great example of the growth of the commercial sector on Rt 50 from West Ocean City to Berlin. I’m thrilled to have worked with my client on this project from the first time we walked around the property in 2015 right up to celebrating the ribbon cutting in 2019.”
