The Deal Story

Chris Davis collaborated with Marley Welsh of Lee and Associates to lease 1118 Main Street in Chester, MD. The 24,000 SF former Acme grocery store was leased to Cult Classic Brewing, which opened in the summer of 2018. Cult Classic Brewing is the area’s largest microbrew location. Chris Davis represented the landlord and Marley Welsh represented the tenant in this deal.

“I’ve seen the positive effect that breweries have on local economic development,” said Davis.  “This solidifies my opinion that Cult Classic Brewing will attract attention from both sides of the Bay Bridge and be an asset to the town of Chester.”
