An established local investor purchased the property and plans to fill its vacancies with office and/or warehouse users. The center’s longtime tenants including Family Dollar and Rent-A-Center will remain in place.

We look forward to them staying in place and continuing to serve the community,” said Mears. “At this time, there is significant vacant space with dedicated parking near the rear of the facility currently available for lease. New ownership is offering build out options for the available space and hopes to bring new activity to this portion of Route 13.”
