The longtime home of Harmon Motors underwent significant redevelopment, resulting in a transformed site that now helps to revitalize the Route 13 corridor.

In order to maximize the site, Meineke worked alongside GGI’s lead developers to thoughtfully design a layout that would accommodate high vehicle volume. In addition to office space, the building features six service bays complete with roll-up doors.
