Eric Cropper is a Licensed Real Estate Advisor with NAI Coastal. Cropper has spent over twenty-five years as an Eastern Shore entrepreneur and has the experience and local knowledge needed to help you reach your real estate goals. 

Throughout the course of his career, Cropper has owned and operated an Ocean City motel along with other rental properties, managed his family farm, worked as a licensed insurance agent and also as a NASD financial advisor. Since his start in real estate sales, Cropper has gained experience in both the residential and commercial fields and has a thorough understanding of the Eastern Shore market. He specializes in the sale of hotels, restaurants and marinas and is backed by knowledge that makes him an asset in local development projects.

Active in his community, Cropper is a fifth generation member of his church and currently serves as the elected President of Worcester County’s Board of Education. Eric’s roots are deeply planted on the Shore and he takes pride in the history surrounding his family—  the Croppers arrived on the Eastern Shore of Virginia in 1638 and moved to Snow Hill, Maryland in 1678. Eric is a native to the Ocean City area and resides there with his wife and three children. He lives his life by the belief that, “your greatest asset is your reputation.”
