I am very thankful for the effort Joey Gilkerson displayed during our search for a new location for Peninsula Alternative Health. Given our industry we had some out of the box needs and requirements, and Joey was able to satisfy them all. He detailed the ins and outs of triple net leasing and assisted me in drafting and presenting a proposal that was accepted within a few days. As a result of COVID-19 we faced some additional challenges, but Joey worked closely with both parties to reach an amicable transition. He was continuously attentive to every detail of the inspection and transfer of property. I would give my highest recommendation to Joey Gilkerson and NAI Coastal. They were instrumental in the transaction that helped to make my dream of having my own practice a reality.
