SALISBURY, MARYLAND – January 25, 2024 – The Principals of NAI Coastal are pleased to announce the growth of their specialized brokerage team with the addition of Associate Advisor Nick Davis. Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Nick’s lifelong exposure to the commercial real estate (CRE) and property development industries will serve him well as he embarks on his latest career move.
“I was raised in the commercial real estate world. My father (Principal Chris Davis) has been in the CRE brokerage and development business my whole life, so I’ve witnessed many things being built and a lot of concrete being poured. It has always interested me to see something start on paper and turn into a reality,” said Davis. “I’m excited to join the NAI Coastal team and learn from some of the best in the business.”
Nick is an avid traveler; he pursued his Bachelor of Arts through stints at Wagner College under a Division I football scholarship, then Salisbury University’s Fulton School, and finally at the University of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, Scotland earning a degree in history. Through his extensive travels and roots here on the Delmarva Peninsula, Nick has created a network of friends and colleagues with varied interests, furthering his relationships with both regional and international associates.
